The mill house at Rhyd y Sarn was used as a meeting place for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The Afon Teigl which runs past the old mill at Rhyd y Sarn.
At this location in Rhyd y Sarn, south of Blaenau Ffestiniog, baptisms by immersion took place between 1846 and 1849.
